Hayden Panettiere glams up for the 2013 Lacoste/GQ Super Bowl Party held at the Elms Mansion on Saturday (February 2) in New Orleans, La. The 23-year-old Nashville actress was joined at the event by Josh Hutcherson, Ryan Kwanten, Chace Crawford, Jesse Williams, and David Arquette. Earlier in the day, Chace got sparks flying at Gillette’s Kiss & Tell Live National Experiment by asking women which kiss is best: a kiss with stubble or smooth shaven skin. What is your opinion???
