Singer Katy Perry had heads turning as she looked drop dead gorgeous at the launch of The Parker Institute For Cancer Immunotherapy in Los Angeles on April 13, 2016. The 31-year-old totally stole the show as she chose to wear a sultry black gown.

Katy rocked black leather gown that featured sheer lace panels and a low-cut neckline. She teamed it with black high-heeled sandals, and added some sparkle with silver chandelier earrings and matching belt which cinched her waist. Katy looked sensational!

She was wearing her dark, glossy locks swept back off her face in a sleek bun, and wore a silver tiara. She emphasized her eyes with dark smoky eyeshadow with a hint of shimmer and fake eyelashes, while pink blush and a slick of soft pink lipstick spiced up her look.
