American actress and singer Debby Ryan was spotted in New York City on february 12, 2016. Wearing a super chic outfit that consisted of leather overall and a top, the 22-year-old stepped out in NYC, and made a lot of heads turn.

Debby looked effortlessly chic as she donned black leather overall. She wore her leather overall over a white high-neck top, and carried a black and white clutch bag. She added a pop of color to her look with a pair of stylish blue heels, and wore stud earrings to complete her look.

She wore her glasses on top of her head, and wore her locks over her shoulders in curls.
