American model Devon Windsor looked effortlessly cool as she was spotted out and about in New York City on November 7, 2015. The 21-year-old rocked a casual outfit consisting of skintight pants, a sweater and a smart jacket.
Devon put her slim legs on display in black leather pants that she teamed with white sweater and a stylish black jacket. She rocked a pair of black leather ankle length boots, and kept her look simple as she opted not to wear much accessories. Hanging on her left shoulders was a smart navy bag.
Devon wore her blonde tresses down, and sported a stylish black hat over her locks. She kept her complexion natural, and completed her look with few swipes of mascara and a slick of pink lipstick. We love this casual, yet, chic look of Devon!
