Jillian Rose Reed was spotted at Nasty Gal Melrose Store Launch in Los Angeles on 20th November, 2014.
Jillian was wearing a black leather skinny pant with a white tank top and a floral coat. Black ankle length boots, a long chained bag and hat finished out the look.
She kept the styling simple and rounded off the look with minimal makeup. She looked nice.
