The 32-year-old pregnant reality star was joined by her sisters Khloe and Kourtney, as well as Kourtney‘s longtime boyfriend Scott Disick. On the opposite side of the world, Kim‘s beau Kanye West was spotted visiting several nightclubs with her younger brother Rob the night before in London, England. The day before, Kim was spotted wearing a revealing maternity dress while getting frozen yogurt with friends.
