American actress and singer Lucy Hale attended The Blowpro Launch at Hudson’s Bay in Toronto on January 19, 2016. The 26-year-old chose a chic ensemble consisting of hotpants and a trendy blouse for her appearance at the event.
Lucy was wearing black leather hotpants that she paired with cream see-through blouse that she tucked into her pants. She accessorised her look with thick black tights and several pieces of stylish jewellery, and donned black leather ankle length boots.
Lucy was wearing her short locks down in sexy waves, while she opted for heavy foundation, lashings of mascara, peach blush and coral orange lipstick to highlight her features. Lucy looked effortlessly chic in this look, and sure made a lot of heads turn.
