The 32-year-old pregnant reality star was joined at the event by her mother Kris Jenner, along with Ryan Seacrest, Randy Jackson, and Derek Hough. The next day, Valentine’s Day, Kim headed to the gym where she was given flowers by a photographer. Kim and her beau Kanye West just returned from a trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where they met up with actor Will Smith.
